Public Offer

This Public Offer (the "Agreement") governs your use of ATLAS, an application for point of sale, cash register, inventory, and business accounting, operated by ТОО «Atlas Business» (BIN 04354354), Almaty, Auezov 234 ("ATLAS", "we", "us").

By registering for or using ATLAS, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. ATLAS is intended for use in connection with a business or professional activity.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement or where required by law.

ATLAS provides tools to run a business, including:

• Point of sale and online cash register
• Inventory, stock movements, receiving, and audits
• Finance, payments, spending, and reports
• Clients, loyalty, and employee management
• Instant synchronization across phones, tablets, and computers
• Connection of compatible hardware such as printers and scanners

We may update, modify, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

ATLAS is free for sales of up to $1,000 per month. Above that, a subscription applies starting from $10 per month. Current limits and prices are shown in the app and on the website.

Web purchases are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our Merchant of Record. By subscribing on the web you also agree to Paddle’s Terms. Mobile purchases made through the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your Apple ID or Google account.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You retain full ownership of the business data and content you create in ATLAS ("Your Data"). We do not claim any ownership of Your Data.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely to operate and provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring Your Data complies with applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATLAS and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from this Agreement or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Your use of ATLAS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless otherwise required by the mandatory law of your place of residence.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
